What if I am not the cardholder?
You must be an authorized user of the credit card in question to make an online purchase.
Will I receive a confirmation of my transaction?
Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive two emails; the first email is the payment confirmation from the payment processor and the second email contains an attachment of encrypted PDF Certified Document or the download link(s) to the electronically certified document(s). The amount of time it will take to deliver the Electronic Certified Document(s) will depend on your email server. It is normal to have to wait for a couple of minutes before receiving an email to your inbox. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER.
What if I have questions or concerns regarding a transaction?
